Can I bring my food?
Yes, you can bring your own food, but we do offer personalized charcuterie boards (vegan options), fruit boards, and vegan baked goods.
Do you provide beverages?
Yes, we provide complimentary natural spring water, sweet tea, and lemonade. You can choose between lemonade and water, or decaf tea and water. Sparkling water is an additional charge.
Do I need to clean up once the picnic is over?
Your only job is to relax, we will do all the clean-up for you. Please do throw away any trash in the trash bin, and help us keep the planet clean.
What is the cancelation policy if I need to reschedule?

We know sometimes things come up that are out of our control and we get it. Please notify us 5 to 7 days in advance if you need to cancel/reschedule.

We allow every party one cancellation/reschedule without any additional fees.

We do not offer refunds, but you can pick a different date that we have available on our booking calendar.

Please note that you must pick a date within 3-months of your reschedule to secure your date. We advise doing this as advanced as possible so that we can bring your perfect picnic to life.

If you reschedule your picnic, the entire payment will be due.

We do allow a 48-hour full refund from your date and time of purchase.
When should I book my Soho Soiree picnic?
ASAP, we want to get started on your personalized picnic as soon as possible so we can see you sit back, embrace and smile.
Will I need to sign a contract?
Yes, we have all our clients sign a contract to make sure they understand our FAQs, and policies that way we make your experience as soon as possible.
Is there a deposit option?

Yes, half of your total picnic fee will be collected at booking and the other half will be collected one week before your picnic date.

If there is less than one week between your picnic date and booking then the entire payment is due upfront.

If you decide to reschedule your picnic then you will have to pay the full amount at the date of the rescheduling.

If you do not pay the rest of your deposit on time your card on file will be charged.
Do you provide games?
Yes, we offer fun games to have at your opulent picnic for an additional charge that you can add on a la carte.
Can I make add-ons after I book?
Yes, you can make additional add-ons after booking and will be charged for those the day of.
Do you provide custom picnics?
Yes, we do offer themed packages. We also provide customized picnic planning services to meet your needs.
Am I responsible for damages?
Yes, if any materials are damaged beyond repair or there is a cost associated with a repair you will be charged for those incidentals. We want you to have a memorable time, but we also want you to treat our materials with care so that we may continue providing opulent picnic services to our customers.
May I have more people at my picnic than the picnic package I purchased?
Yes, this will be different for every client based on your picnic needs/package. You will have to pay for any additional guests to your event. If you invite unpaid guests without alerting us, you will also be charged a fee.
Can we leave whenever we want?
If you would like to leave earlier than arranged time, please provide s a 30 minute notice via phone call or text. You are responsible for the picnics items until we are able to return and pick up.
What happens if there is bad weather?
We can set up the picnic at an indoor location or reschedule your booking. There is not cancellation charge for rescheduling your picnic due to bad weather.
How will we find the picnic at the park?
We always look for the best spot in the park! Once we start setting up, we will text you a pin of the exact location of your picnic.
Can my soiree picnic be held in the company of my home?
Yes, your soiree picnic can be set up in your home, office or anywhere of your liking.
